General Purpose Bag Air Filter G3 – G4 to EN779
General Purpose Bag Filter are available in low to medium efficiency grades and are used in heating, ventilation systems and air conditioning systems (HVAC), and kitchen extract systems. Bag Filters are manufactured from a high lofted non woven synthetic material with a galvanised header frame this filter offers higher air flow rates and a greater dust holding capacity than a panel filter.
General Purpose Bag Air Filter Applications
A G4 Grade General Purpose Bag Air Filter is a medium efficiency multi-pocket synthetic media bag filter providing low resistance combined with high dust holding capacities.
Low grade G3 Pocket Bag Filters are generally used as a pre-filter for higher grades of air filtration, or for use as a simple filter for general applications.
General Purpose Bag Filter Construction
The HVAC Bag Filters pockets are produced from thermally bonded polyester fibres that are specifically designed for air filtration. The pockets are retained in a rigid galvanised steel channel.
The G4 Bag Filter is available in a range of standard sizes and pocket lengths and can be manufactured in non standard sizes to suit most applications.
