Deep Pleat HEPA Filter Grade E10, E11, E12, H14 to EN1822
Deep Pleat HEPA Filters are used to achieve up to H14 fine air filtration, the highest levels of air quality for uses in operating theaters, electronics, pharmaceuticals, research facilities and micro biological laboratories.
The Deep Pleat is a retro style filter most commonly bought as a replacement for existing systems with Deep Pleats HEPAs installed, with mini pleat panel HEPAs being the standard for HEPA grade terminal and cassettes.
Applications of Deep Pleat HEPA Filters
Deep Pleat HEPA Filters are used to achieve the highest levels of fine air filtration and air quality, up to H14 to EN1822. HEPA Filters are used in operating theaters, electronics, pharmaceuticals, research facilities and micro biological laboratories.
Deep Pleat style HEPAs are a retro style filter which are fragile, therefore protected by pre filters of around grade F7 to EN1822 to maintain a longer life span.
Construction of HEPA Filters
HEPA filters Deep Pleated are constructed out of a glass fibre paper pack, which is pleated to the depth of the filter and spaced with pleated aluminium or kraft paper spacers. The glass fibre paper pack secured within a metal or wooden case, with gasket available for the ‘air on’ side to ensure a tight seal.
Deep Pleat Alternatives
Mini Pleat Panel HEPA filters thinner alternatives to the deep pleats. Mini Pleat HEPAs are used in HEPA Terminals and Cassettes.
